Dude...I have been so excited.
Our youth group was talking about Grace, what is grace?
I hadn't figured that out till I thought of the Chinese version of the song Amazing Grace,
Grace has been translated in " the thing that somebody give you without wanting anything back, and usually you can't give anything back because it's so huge that you can't even afford it."
And I saw a phrase while i was looking around the websites, it says:"It's not that we are not worth to be loved, but He loves us actively. All is His grace."
奇異恩典,how much do I know about this title of the song in Chinese? It means so much to me, so much more than I can afford.
an amazing grace, an understandable grace, a unreturnable grace...
Far from John 3:16, till the end.
John 3:16 says that God loves us so much that he gave his one and only son to us, and whoever believes in him will not die but get an enternal life. This is becuase he loves us, so he GAVE.
At the end, Jesus GAVE his life to us, to us who have sinned ever... this is his grace, his love, we don't deserve what Jesus and God have done for us, at all.
